I did that glute/leg workout again yesterday, and daaaaamn. 🤯 The combo with the donkey kicks and especially the good morning/extension; I feel more direct glute muscle activation than with many, many other exercises. I always felt rejected because I gained weight & wasn't lean enough, smart, or pretty enough. 🫠 It’s wild. I’m growing and thriving now, so I will focus on that. I LOVED your addition to the visualization (it’s key, right? MANIFEST!) exercise when you said to “visualize the imperfections.” I’ve never done that, and it’s genius; it completes the picture, and it mentally prepares you for the fact that it won’t be perfect! If I’m visualizing the things that I know will bug me in this process, then they won’t surprise me, AND they won’t throw me off my game. Seriously, so brilliant.
