Permission to Play
May 20th-23rd, 2027

You’ve put a lot of energy into becoming her. When do you get to enjoy being her? Come spend a few days in South Florida getting in front of the camera, dressing up for dinner, laughing by the pool, exploring somewhere new, and being around women who are ready to let themselves have the experience, too.
Stuck to Stellar, October 2026 was created around recognizing where we were stuck, questioning the lives we’d built, and coming home to ourselves. As we shaped this next retreat, we wanted to make more room for what comes after that reflection. What happens when you give yourself somewhere to practice that self-trust? Somewhere to be photographed, try something unfamiliar, make friends, and enjoy your body while you’re living in it?
That’s where Permission to Play begins.
Here’s what we’re planning:
Hair and makeup services will be available, with arrangements coordinated when you reserve your spot. You’ll receive edited photos and all your raw images, giving you something to keep, share, create with, and look back on.
What could you use your photos for?
You don’t need a stage date or a business to promote to want this experience. You can come because you’ve worked hard, because you want an adventure, because you’re ready for new friendships, or because you keep waiting to feel confident before doing something you want.
With Casey and Ange, we’ll make room for the excitement and the vulnerability of showing up. We’ll help you explore the patterns that make you hold back, then give you opportunities to practice a different choice with women beside you doing the same.
We’re gathering 8–10 women. Arrive May 20 and leave the morning of May 23. Want to be one of them? Join the interest list for pricing, booking details, and the next reveal.
Stuck to Stellar was never five days of escaping real life in the Utah desert. It was five days of removing enough interference for each woman to encounter the life she had been living, the identities she had been carrying, and the truth her body had been communicating beneath all of it.
The adventure was not separate from the internal work. The red rock, open sky, unfamiliar terrain, and desert valley roaming required presence. The body had to choose the next step before the mind could build an entire argument around it. Every climb, reach, pause, and hand offered became evidence: I can trust myself here. I can receive support without becoming powerless. I can feel uncertain without turning back. I can be challenged without leaving my body.
Our strength sessions, yoga, somatic work, and guided movement became laboratories for how each woman relates to discomfort. Does she judge herself? Compare? Force? Disconnect? Stop at the first sensation? Or can she breathe, remain curious, stay five seconds longer, and discover that her capacity is larger than the point where her mind usually tells her to leave? This was not movement used to conquer the body. It was movement used to enter into a deeper relationship with it.
Inside the workshops, we gave language to what the body had already begun revealing. The women separated desire from conditioning, and asked, “How much of the life I am building is mine?” They examined comparison, inherited expectations, identities they had outgrown, and the places where they had been overriding themselves. Then they learned to hold two truths without turning either one into an enemy. They witnessed one another, entered Mandala Breathwork as living mirrors, and saw that they could recognize the courage, softness, freedom, and power in another woman only because those qualities already existed within them.
The meals, laughter, dancing, breath, cacao, firelight, stillness, and conversations between the scheduled moments were not filler around the work. They were part of its biology. When a woman feels safe enough to stop monitoring how she is being perceived, that energy becomes available for curiosity, connection, play, reflection, and choice. The women did not only talk about belonging. Their bodies experienced it.
What occurred here was not reinvention. No one was asked to erase her past, reject the woman who survived it, or perform a shinier identity before going home. This retreat was integration. It was seeing what each version of herself created, protected, endured, and taught her, then deciding what she was ready to carry forward.
They did not leave as entirely different women. They left with less distance between their bodies, their truths, and their choices. “Stuck” became something they could see and understand instead of something they had to shame themselves for. “Stellar” stopped being a perfected future version waiting somewhere ahead. It became the woman who can remain with herself, trust what she knows, receive what life is showing her, and choose the life that belongs to her.
Casey brings high performance, female physiology, strength, identity work, body reclamation, and tough-love coaching.
Ange brings breathwork, nervous-system awareness, energetic clarity, body recomposition, Human Design, retreat leadership, and the lived understanding of rebuilding from burnout.
