We have helped hundreds of super-busy, hardworking women change and evolve their bodies and mindset by providing them with a physical transformation experience that starts right where they're at in their fitness journey and focuses on the individual and their lives as a whole.
We help you stay accountable based on your needs! Typically these are once-a-week check-ins that include not just your photos and weight, but 10+ health and wellness variables as well!
Your program can be anywhere from 3 to 12 months (and beyond!). As your physique evolves, your training, cardio, supplement, calories, and even time needs change. We also understand that goals and life challenges change too!
Weekly check-ins are how we stay on top of your needs AND wants in order to progress in the most optimal amount of time. You'll have access to your Coach within the Trainerize application that offers you an experience above the rest. Exercise videos and all of your weekly data accumulated in front of you at all times is just two things that our training platform offers.
We work with you to build a meal plan that you love (if you LOVE structure) OR we can teach you the basics of flexible dieting! You'll learn how to log, eat what and when you want, and reach your goals in the same amount of time as you would a meal plan!

Your weight training will be custom to your physical needs! We take the anxiety out of hitting the gym and show you how to perform exercises with videos and notes. You will have everything you need to execute every booty-busting, shoulder-pumping, ab-defining workout with ease. We can customize your training for at home, the studio, or the gym! We also provide in-depth guidance on mobility, flexibility, stress relief, and digestion in relation to your workout!
You will have a cardio guide that breaks down everything for you into a quick and easy read that will leave you feeling confident in your next moves! Including machine type, beats per minute, calorie goals, or steps alone. Keywords, cardio-type pros & cons, and weekly adjustments if necessary.
You'll receive supplement recommendations for your goals. You will also receive an easy-to-read supplement and nutrient guide to keep with information about 100+ bodybuilding supplements; for your own knowledge.
This page has over 50, super simple and easy-to-understand, educational, and informative modules! We have 6 levels of Team Casey-created and personalized modules including so much content. We provide you with mandatory videos that show you how to use all of our fitness applications, and how to access our private pages and communities. They also show you to get the most value out of your programs continuing into the biology of how our bodies function optimally with your nutrition, emphasis on training, and mindset evolution around food! We also have videos that dive into many things like digestion, stress, muscle growth, and more science! We also present you with saveable and printable PDFs for you to take with you and share.
We break down all of the terminologies you'll see at check-ins, in the gym; and read and hear in the conversations you will start having with the Team Casey tribe! You'll be able to stay accountable, educated, and excited when you know the lingo in relation to all that you're doing inside of Team Casey.
We provide you with multiple platforms in order to get even more out of your coaching program. Inside the Facebook group, you will find women that have been learning and earning their body and improved lifestyles with Team Casey since Day 1 of the Lifestyle team in 2018! We as a team, have a lot of experience to share as well as wins, ‘learns’, and tips n’ tricks to events, vacations, family weekends, recipes, hormonal moments...you name it! We chat about it!
We provide our clients with monthly to bi-monthly virtual "Happy Hours" and "Brunches" with specialists of all kinds! Open Coach Collab Discussion Panels (VIP Exclusive), Enneagram Experts, Sexuality Specialists, and Confidence Coaches to name a few!
These are opportunities to hang out with the Coaches, gain insightful knowledge, travel, and have a ton of authentic fun on top of it all. Getaways can require air travel, a passport, and a sense of adventure! Seminars and events will require your attendance confirmation beforehand, upon invitation or notice. Seminars and events will be free to attend for anyone and are always a great way to meet your coach, make new fit friends, stay motivated, and plan a fun weekend away.
