To be able to completely revamp your mindset about what it takes to have a physique that you love and that you know is healthy is hard to do, but once you master it...you can do it for the rest of your life.
Women's Life and Fitness Coach Nicole Terwey talks about the Fit Femme Project (formally Team Casey's Lifestyle Coaching).
I am SO happy I chose to work with FFP and Coach Lorrie because FFP offers more than weekly check-ins and a workout plan, FFP empowers women with tools for a lifetime to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
My favorite thing about the support I receive while working with FFP is the coaching I receive from a place of passion, care, and abundance. The coaches have deep knowledge and experience in anticipating the needs of the clients before we even realize it.
I would recommend FFP to my friends, family, and acquaintances because it’s effective! The habits you learn will bring a positive change that will have a ripple effect in all the other areas of your life!

I used to be so focused on the scale. I would judge my worth based on the number and how skinny I was in the mirror. I punished myself with excessive amounts of exercise and forbidding sweets. Now, I know that I am so much more than a number on a scale and I appreciate my body for what it CAN DO. Learning to trust my body to tell me what it needs has only helped me. I am more confident and have not had to buy any new clothes despite a leaner, faster me!

I’ve been working with my Fit Femme Project Coach for 6 months now. I just hit the milestone of my lowest personal weight in at least 4 years! But I think the much more significant win is that I am not and have not been fixated on the number on the scale. As I have been transforming my mind and body under my Coach's expert guidance. I have had a complicated and often difficult relationship with food and body image in the past, and I cannot overemphasize how amazing it feels to NOT be worried about eating foods I enjoy, going out for a drink with friends, or even (gasp!) possibly going up a pound or two on the scale. I simply know that I will choose what will make me feel good and happy and whole in the long run, which means that when I’m ready I will go back to my plans and continue forward on my ever-evolving journey. I look forward to check-in days to see and reflect on the changes that have occurred in my body over the course of the week, and to have both the affirmation and the accountability that my lovely Coach provides with her coaching. She is there to support, to educate, to cheer, to encourage, and to guide a little more firmly when needed—but I never feel bullied, I never feel overwhelmed, I’m never made to feel like I’m 'not good enough’ at any point. I would recommend the Fit Femme Project to anyone who is ready to prioritize physical fitness in their lives while still enjoying all of the things that make life worth living (for me it’s often things like doughnuts and pizza and craft beer!). Being really mindful of the joy (and deliciousness) these ‘treats’ bring me actually helps me enjoy and appreciate them more, with relish, and without guilt or shame or fear. I look forward to a future of continued growth, mentally and physically. My mind-body connection has never been stronger, and I know it will only strengthen further from here. I love feeling ready to take on the world, not as an enemy or a task to dread, but as an inviting challenge bursting with love for life itself.

Accountability is huge! I appreciate that as well as trying to navigate through my goals as well as living a “normal” healthy lifestyle. I have moments of not wanting to track food or always have it on my mind but being able to be open and work through it is important. The more results I see though the more I want to keep going.
FFP coaching has been great, seeing results and we have better communication than I have had with any other coach!

Before joining the FFP, I had low energy, was always tired, and was moody. I hate to admit it, but I didn’t fully believe in myself. Having support and joining was one of the best decisions, I now have more confidence, believe in the process. I have a ton of energy to keep up with my babies and I am a much happier person. I have had such a great amount of support not only from my Coach, but the community is very uplifting and supportive as well! We truly are a tribe! Anytime I need inspiration or explanation I have always gotten that and it’s been such a great experience!

Customized training and nutrition programs are hard to come by in an industry where everyone is selling a 6-week and 9-week "challenge" where every aspect is so cookie-cutter. This Team is so high-touch and customized to the individual. The plan evolves as you do.
Never be afraid to invest in yourself. We pay for/take care of our cars and material matters better than we take care of ourselves. Oil changes are expensive but if we don’t do it the life of our car will be shortened. The same goes for our bodies. Get the help you need right now to improve your health and wellness and know that 6 months to a year is a blip in time in comparison to the rest of your life with good health and habits. To make an investment in your health and longevity and if you need the “really good oil” then get it! You deserve to be full of health, happiness and crush your physique and mindset goals. The FFP helped me build confidence in myself again and showed me I don’t have to be rigid or stop enjoying life to eat and look the way I want! WINS
1. I can slay it at the gym! I felt so unsure and intimidated by gyms, I didn’t know if it was meant for me. After a few months of at-home programming, we took it to the gym, and now I absolutely love that outlet and feel totally confident there.
2. After 6 months of training I did a freakin’ boudoir shoot for my future husband and felt so confident physically and mentally. That moment, one that previously could have been riddled with self-doubt, was just empowering and validating for me and all the work I’ve done.
3. I truly feel good in and proud of not only my body but the choices I make around my health and wellness.
LEARNS
1. Trust the process and commit to the routine. There were times when emotionally I felt down or bored or off and instead of skipping my workout, I’d go anyway because I committed to that routine. Even if the workout wasn’t my best, I always ended up feeling better mentally.
2. Slow and steady wins the race. For me who has struggled with extremes (restricting, binging, no exercise, too much cardio, etc.) finding a sustainable approach to food and fitness has been freeing. No cramming for a deadline, I have truly moved steadily through these past 6 months and can see the physical and mental changes I’ve undergone and absolutely here to last.
3. That little nagging, a shitty voice in your head is lying to you. I learned to acknowledge the hurtful self self-talk but kept moving forward in ways that honored my body and mind, and that voice has gotten quieter. It’s not the dictator of my mood or actions anymore.
GAINS
1. I’ve gained confidence in my physical abilities- especially lifting and running and just navigating a gym!
2. I’ve gained confidence in my ability to commit to goals, to stick to a routine, and to continue moving forward even when that path isn’t always linear and I face mental or physical hurdles along the way.
3. I’ve gained a holistic approach to overall health, fitness, and wellness that I am able to carry with me and build from, for the rest of my life.

I followed Team Casey and Casey for a while, just kind of watching her competition career. I then saw she was taking on lifestyle clients and when I started following the Lifestyle Coaches their personalities and the entire Fit Femme Project vibe just clicked for me.
I had worked with a coach before so I had some mental models about how this would go. I was SO wrong. From the start my FFP coach made me realize that she was about the WHOLE picture not just the number on the scale. I’ve learned to really prioritize myself in order to make changes to live a healthier life. It’s taken me so long to her get here and get out of my own way. I have some bigger fitness goals to hit and I'm truly excited to continue to work with such amazing people to hit those goals.

"This is a huge win for me because it means I’ll be okay with my mind and body, and I believe it now. Like, truly okay… I’m safe (my bingeing and overeating past are good to stay in the past). Two of the hardest challenges that I was so afraid of this year happened and I overcame them with success: an international trip to Brazil and a Terwey Christmas… both times not gaining weight. I learned so much on these trips and I got to the place where I trust myself and my body. These trips really were the hardest things I could have faced because of every reason.
