You will begin to learn and have fun with a group of women. Some who are on their Day 1 and others their Day 100. You'll be learning from your own experience and perception and others. There will also be women who live a similar lifestyle as you. Everyone is always learning from one another and for one another.
You'll have a group chat in which you can connect with women from your group 24/7. You'll also have a chat room specifically for questions. The group format allows questions and answers to free flow to everyone, so everyone can learn together here.
Utilizing real life experiences as growing tools helps us learn and make permanent changes. We actively pursue challenges and mini assignments together to bring about connection to the problem to find your own unique solutions...then make those last by retesting them in different ways! This is one of the most favorited parts of the Fit Femme Project Group Coaching experience.
Together and as individuals we will complete small yet effective assignments and play with unique strategies and methods to gain and retain information. Each week will present something new, fun, and exciting to approach and complete.
Every 5 weeks, your Coach will join you LIVE and demonstrate new training agendas,answer how-to and form questions, and help you make moderations as needed!
You'll receive a progressive training agenda that grows and expands as your knowledge and physical strength does! You can start at any point and challenge-level that suits your goals. With the help of your Coach, you'll find a great place to start.
We have created training that not only expands across your level of experience, but we also loop in mobility, flexibility, band only, bodyweight only, and dumbbell only! You'll be able to find exactly what you need for a great mental and physical transformation inside of the FFP Group Coaching experience.
You'll learn how to utilize flexible dieting and quickly understand the truth behind what we as women truly need nutrition-wise to achieve our fitness goals.
You'll have a community of women to share healthy, macro-friendly meal ideas with and connect with for support in all thing's food.
Every week on the same day and time, you'll join your Coach and the group of women you have built connections with for 1 hour split into 3 sections: "LEARN, LAUGH, LET IT LINGER".
We teach in a format that is easy to understand and apply into your life. We create an exciting environment that has our women showing up each week ready to learn, connect, laugh, and make it last!

Once you have paid for your first month, you will receive a confirmation via email. Within 1 hour, you'll receive your "Core Promises and Agreement" document to review and confirm. Once that has been agreed upon and signed, you'll get the GOODS!

You'll watch the first few video tour guides on how to navigate the group page, where to find help with any possible set up or technical issues and get fully prepared to jump into the upcoming weeks group!
Your first class will start the week following sign-up (7 days+) so that you have enough time to utilize the Q&A portion of our teachings starting at your first 1-hour session. You will also have an adequate amount of time to get through our 'welcome' items and getting cozy in the group and group page.
