Casey Samsel is an IFBB Bikini Pro, Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with nearly a decade of experience helping women transform their bodies and minds from the inside out. She’s been self-coached for over 8 years, competed in 38 shows, and earned a spot on the Olympia stage four times — with a 4th place finish at the 2017 Bikini Olympia and a 3rd place title at the prestigious 2018 Arnold Classic Bikini International. As a coach, athlete, and leader, Casey bridges elite-level bodybuilding with deep, sustainable lifestyle transformation — empowering women to rise strong, stay intuitive, and evolve fearlessly. .

Lindsey Black is a Certified Women’s Hormone Specialist, Sports Nutritionist, and CrossFit Level-2 Trainer with a Bachelor's in Dietetics and Nutrition. A mom of two girls, she thrives on structure, systems, and real-life solutions — because her life requires it. With 7 years of online coaching experience and 3 years in women’s bodybuilding, Lindsey blends clinical knowledge with lived experience to help women simplify their routines, stabilize their hormones, and build strong, nourished bodies they enjoy living in.
Her specialties include tailoring fitness and nutrition to demanding schedules, guiding women through post-natal and peri/menopause transitions, and ending the cycle of diet chaos with real, sustainable change.
